Shamanic breathwork

Throughout history, many different cultures have developed their own unique, spiritual healing, and ceremonial traditions.

Breathwork in the Shamanic tradition, guided by a trained facilitator, can be a powerful tool for supporting healing, restoring balance, and encouraging personal transformation.

Individuals who have experienced long-standing challenges related to PTSD, trauma, addiction, grief, and other forms of emotional distress have reported meaningful personal transformation and improvements in their overall well-being through participation in these traditional practices.

Shamanic Breathwork begins by establishing a continuous, circular breathing pattern that naturally influences the nervous system, heart rate variability, and the body's carbon dioxide levels. As the breathing deepens and becomes more continuous, carbon dioxide levels may decrease, temporarily changing the body’s balance between oxygen and carbon dioxide and how oxygen is delivered to the tissues. These physiological changes may contribute to the expanded states of awareness often experienced during the practice. Many participants describe feeling a heightened sense of presence, emotional release, increased vitality, or a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.

Many participants describe significant improvements in both emotional and physical health. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, transformational Shamanic Breathwork aims to work at a deeper root level by helping release stored emotional and energetic patterns within the body and mind.

Those who consistently apply the practices and tools they learn often report experiencing a deeper sense of peace, clarity, connection, and personal healing that extends far beyond the session itself. Our main objective is to help each person safely explore their full potential of the mind-body connection while honoring their individual mental, physical, and spiritual boundaries.

Individual experiences vary.
